Promotion is valid for groups with a minimum of 100 rooms per night. Promotion is active January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026 for stay dates starting June 1, 2026 through December 31, 2027. Offer is not applicable to repeat annual or citywides. Subject to availability, restrictions and black out dates may apply. May not be combined with any other offers or promotions. A/V Discount does not include labor fees. and is for equipment ordered prior to the first day of meeting from our internal audio / visual department. Offer is applicable to new bookings only and specific promotion must be listed on agreement. Promotion only applicable to groups arriving June 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027.
